I’m frustrated with you, Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. You’ve been pretty good about calling me to schedule appointments for my scans and blood draws. What happened? I sent a message to my doctor last Tuesday, called and left a message Monday evening. I finally got a phone call from one of the nurses letting me know she was going to get my prescriptions renewed and that the scheduler would be contacting me to get everything else scheduled. He called me this afternoon, and now I can’t get in until the end of next month?!
He tells me that they’ve recently changed systems and everything is running slow, but what does that have to do with calling me to get these things scheduled at the beginning of the month? Who dropped the ball?
