Over the weekend I was able to talk to the person from my previous post that let me know I’d hurt their feelings. It was really good to talk to them again. I was able to apologize for the way I handled something, I knew I was wrong about it. I was able to listen to what it was that bothered them, as well as explain my side. I think we’re good now, if not, we’re certainly better than where we were before talking and there won’t be complete radio silence any more.
There’s one more person I need to figure things out with, this one is going to be a challenge. I’m sure we’ll be able to work through it eventually, but getting that process started is the hard part. I’m just not sure where to start.
