I’m sitting here thinking about things and just wanted to say thank you.  I picked four people in particular this time  I’m not going to name them, but hopefully they’ll know who they are.  Don’t get upset if I didn’t mention you this go round.  I want to make this a regular thing.

We met in a weird way.  The first thing I said to you was a lie.  Yet we’ve had this interesting and unique relationship since then.  You’re one of only two people that know what I’m going through right now.  You’re one of my oldest friends.  You’ve always been there for me, even though you didn’t need to and I know I haven’t done a good job at reciprocating that.  Just know that I appreciate you way more than you know.  You’re one of a kind, thank you.

A couple weekends ago I was near where we first met almost 14 years ago.  Who knew that we would still be good friends today?  I consider you my brother.  We’ve seen a lot of things and shared a lot of good times together over the years!  While life changes happen and we don’t see each other nearly a much as we used to, it’s really good to know that everything is going so well for you, you deserve it.  Hopefully we’ll get together soon.  Thank you for doing what you do.

I don’t honestly remember when we first met, but it was also quite some time ago.  You’ve pushed me to do things, helped me get places in life, introduced me to people.  You’ve always been willing to get me where I needed to go when I wasn’t able to get there myself.  Some exciting things are happening for you and that’s really awesome!  I may tease you, but know that’s it’s coming from a place of love.

I think we met at a dinner?  I do remember wearing your hat one time.  Anyway, you’re one of the most caring people I know.  You’ve changed your career in order to help others and declined other opportunities in order to continue helping others.  That says something.  You’re always organizing events to make sure others get the assistance they need.  You’ve always got snacks.  Always.  🙂  Thank you for checking in to make sure things are going ok and making sure my snack needs are covered (in chocolate)!
