5 months ago today, I was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer.  Well, to be clear I had the Fine Needle Biopsy to determine that it was Thyroid Cancer.

While I’ve certainly had some challenges along the way, and while face some of them I’m confident that these challenges will go away and things will be back to normal.

Your strength, hope and encouragement has been a huge help through this.  Thank you to each and everyone one of you.  While I may not know who all reads my blog, I am aware that a lot of people do and that is awesome.

Putting your thoughts and ideas out there truly is therapeutic in a way.  I just wish that we could fully express everything we want to say about everything in our lives without hesitation.  Unfortunately, I don’t feel that that is possible today without repercussions.

I look forward to the Doctor eventually getting my hormone doses locked down so I’m not lacking energy come mid-afternoon.  I look forward to my upcoming Ultrasound and possible biopsy and the two CT scans.  I want to know that everything is as it should be.  I want to celebrate!  All in due time…

I look forward to all the events and activities that are coming up this Spring and Summer, I look forward to seeing people that I really only get to see once a year at SEMA. I look forward to seeing all the familiar friends and faces at the car shows and events.
